Framed Photos FAQs

What kind of frames are they?
Classic, black or white, 15x20cm wooden frames. No need to crop your photos – they’re custom made to fit iPhone photos. The frames can be standing or hung.

How much does a framed photo cost?
Each frame is 10 credits including delivery within the UK. If you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll refund your order.

When will it arrive? Can I choose when it does?
Your framed photo will be posted First Class and will arrive in 1-2 working days. You can pick which day for us to post it for you.

How are they packaged?
Your framed photo will arrive neatly wrapped and snugly packaged in a protective cardboard box, with your personal message tucked inside.

I can’t see framed photos in my app?
Framed photos are available with the latest iPhone and iPad app. Check if you have the latest version by clicking here.
